CABBAGE BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
3/4 c. raw rice
1 sm. head cabbage, chopped
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice

Brown ground beef and onion. Season to taste. Drain. Chop cabbage. Combine all ingredients into casserole. Cover with foil and bake until cabbage is tender, about 1 hour at 375-400 degrees. Serves 4-6.
