CHICKEN SALAD 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 (16 oz.) jar sweet pickle relish
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. sliced grapes (optional)
mayonnaise
salt and pepper

Cook chicken breasts until done. Cool and chop in food processor. Mix in other ingredients and add enough mayonnaise to mix.
