SWEET POTATO NUT CASSEROLE 
3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine and spoon into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Combine and spread over sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
