JAMICAN CAKE 
DRY INGREDIENTS:

3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2/3 to 1 c. chopped nuts

WET INGREDIENTS:z:

3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
2 c. very ripe, diced bananas (make sure they are ripe)

This cake doesn't need to be made with an electric mixer. Best to make by hand. Combine all your dry ingredients and then your wet ingredients. Mix everything by hand and then add dry ingredients. Mix until just moistened. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a Bundt pan. Test as usual to see if done. Baking time can vary.
