CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 lg. chicken breasts
1 can French style green beans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain wild rice
2 cans cream of celery soup, undiluted
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
3 tbsp. chopped onion and green pepper

Simmer chicken until done; break into large pieces; cook rice according to directions and combine all ingredients, mix well. Bake in large casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Top with blanched almonds and onion rings or cheese. 5 servings.
