CALIFORNIA CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked diced chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. almonds
1 1/2 c. white seedless grapes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. light cream

Pour lemon juice over chicken; add celery, grapes, and almonds. Combine cream with mayonnaise and add salt and pepper. Mix with chicken mixture. Serve on crisp lettuce and sprinkle with paprika. Serves 8.
