LEMON BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine flour, butter, and confectioners' sugar. Make like pie crust and press into a 8 x 10 inch pan. Prick with fork and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Beat together eggs, sugar, baking powder, and lemon juice. Pour into hot crust. Bake 20-25 minutes.
