DELUXE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine butter and cream cheese and cream until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in pecans and coconut. Makes enough frosting for one 3-layer cake or 4 dozen cupcakes.
