HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
Dash of garlic salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 can beefy mushroom soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
Cooked rice or noodles

Brown the meat in a skillet and add onion and garlic salt. Cook until onion is soft. Stir in flour. Simmer 5 minutes. Add soups and continue to simmer 15 minutes. Fold in sour cream and heat until warm only. Serve over noodles or rice. Yields: 4 to 6 servings.
