1 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix
2 pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Grease bottom of 10x14 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions. Pour over coconut and pecans. Mix butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla. Spoon over cake batter and bake from 50 to 60 minutes.
