CHICKEN DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 chicken, cooked & cut into pieces

DRESSING:

6-8 c. bread crumbs
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Salt & pepper
2 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth

Mix ingredients of the dressing together. Grease 13"x9"x2" pan. Place a layer of chicken then dressing alternating until all used. Grind skin and place on top if desired. Combine the soup and broth to make a sauce and pour over all. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Keep moist with more chicken broth if necessary. Cut into squares to serve. Serves 10 to 12 people.

For a higher serving, add 2 cups bread crumbs and 1/2 cup liquid.
