BROCCOLI SALAD 
4 c. fresh chopped broccoli (mostly flowerets)
1/4 c. raisins
8 slices browned bacon, broken up
1 sm. onion, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)

Mix all ingredients and let stand (refrigerated) for 2 hours. (I wait and add the bacon just before serving so it is crisp.)
