MEXICAN CORNBREAD | |
1 c. yellow meal 1 c. sweet milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1 sm. can whole kernel corn 1/2 c. Rotel tomatoes and chilies 1/2 lb. bulk sausage 2 jalapeno pepper 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 lb. Muenster cheese, shredded Cook sausage until pink is gone and add to the above mixed ingredients, grease and all. (If a lot, don't use it all). Bake in oblong cake pan which has been sprayed with Pam (or equivalent). Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
