OYSTER STUFFING 
1 pt. oysters
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
4 c. day old bread cubes
1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning

Drain oysters, saving liquid. Chop oysters. Cook celery and onion in butter until tender. Combine all ingredients and mix well. If too dry moisten with oyster liquid. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
