DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 or 8 apples
1 c. sweet or sour cream
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. flour

Mix the sugars with cinnamon and flour and put half in an unbaked pie shell. Arrange sliced apples on top. Mix the cream with the remainder of the flour mixture and pour over top. Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees and then about 45 minutes at 325 degrees or until apples are tender. (A pie pan inverted on top as a cover will help the apples cook during the period of baking and then remove.)
