1 cut up chicken
1 bottle Red Russian dressing
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix
10 oz. apricot preserves

Mix dressing, soup mix and preserves. Dip chicken in mixture and place in baking dish. Pour remainder of mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
