1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. orange rind, grated
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour
1 can flaked coconut
1 lb. candy orange slices, cut up
2 c. nuts, chopped

Mix together all ingredients, beginning with softened butter and ending with chopped nuts. Bake in a greased bundt pan or 2 greased loaf pans at 275 degrees for 2 hours.

ICING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1 orange
