CHEESE AND CHERRY DESSERT 
20 graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. sugar

Mix well. Spoon into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Pat down evenly. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk

Beat until smooth.

1 c. sugar

Beat well. Set aside.

1 (2 oz.) pkg. whipped topping mix

Fold in cream cheese mixture. Spread evenly over graham cracker crust. Spread evenly over all - 1 can (1 pound, 3 ounce) prepared cherry pie filling. Chill several hours before serving.

NOTE: Prepared peach or pineapple pie filling may be used instead of cherry, if desired. ALSO: 2 store bought graham cracker crusts can be used for the graham cracker mixture.
