BILL'S THREE D-D-D-'S 
Beef, pork or chicken, no fat
Onion
Green pepper
Yellow squash
Zucchini
Mushrooms
1 medium tomato
Olive oil
Soy sauce
Tony's Cajun mix

Cut meat into bite size pieces. Saute in skillet with small amount of olive oil. Cut rest of ingredients into bite size and add to meat in skillet. Season with Tony's Cajun mix. Add small amount of soy sauce. Cook until meat is done. Now enjoy! About 200 calories per serving. If on salt free diet, use less salt. Best delicious diet dinner.
