AMBROSIA 
SMALL RECIPE:

2 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
1 lg. cans fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges, cut up
1/2 qt. whipping cream
1/2 pkg. shredded coconut
1/2 lg. can walnuts
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1/2 qt. sour cream
2 baskets strawberries and cherries

LARGE RECIPE:

5 (16 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
3 lg. cans fruit cocktail
2 mandarin oranges, cut up
1 qt. whipping cream
1 pkg. shredded coconut
1 lg. can walnuts
2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 qt. sour cream
2 baskets strawberries and cherries

Drain fruit very well. Fold into sour cream. Beat cream and fold in other ingredients all together. Put aside some cream and garnish top. Add strawberries and cherries.
