BROCCOLI-CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 bunches broccoli, cut in pieces, boiled until just tender (or 2 - 10
oz. frozen broccoli)
2 c. cooked chicken torn into bite-size pieces

Place broccoli on bottom of 9x13 pan. Place chicken on top.

ix:

2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Pour on top of chicken, then sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup soft bread crumbs tossed in 1 tablespoon melted butter goes on top of cheese. Bake at 325-350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
