MARBLED FUDGE BARS 
1 c. butter
4 sqs. baking chocolate
4 eggs
1 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Vanilla
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)

In sauce pan, melt butter and chocolate. Remove from heat. Beat in 2 cups sugar and 3 eggs until well blended. Stir in flour, nuts, salt, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread in pan, 13 x 9 greased. In small bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until just mixed. Beat for 2 minutes. Drop mixture in "dollops" on top of batter. Criss cross to "marble". Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. When cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
