CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, boiled

SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter, rubbed in 3 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 c. chicken broth

CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
2 tsp. shortening
1 egg

Boil chicken until it falls off bones. Put in a 9 x 12 inch pan. Make sauce. Pour over chicken, cut up. Mix all ingredients for crust well with spoon. Spread over contents. Bake in 350 degree oven.
