JELLY ROLL FROM GREAT - GRANDMA 
5 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
Any flavor jelly or pudding for filling

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat eggs very lightly and gradually add sugar. Sift together flour and baking powder; add to first mixture. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until mixed. Pour into flat jelly roll pan (cookie sheet with sides) which has been greased and then lined on bottom with waxed paper. Turn oven temperature down to 375 degrees when jelly roll is put in. Bake for 15 minutes until light brown. As soon as jelly roll is taken from oven, turn out on wet cup towel. (Wet a cup towel and ring out real tight). Slit wax paper down the middle and peel off of jelly roll. Spread on either filling or jelly while still hot. Let cool with seam down.
