CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
Pillsbury cranberry bread mix
1 c. skim milk
1/3 c. oil
1/4 c. frozen cholesterol-free egg product, thawed
1/2 c. oatmeal

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 muffin cups. Combine first 4 ingredients; stir 50 to 75 strokes. Then add oatmeal. Divide batter among muffin cups. Bake 17 to 22 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
