MEATBALLS
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2 c. corn flakes
1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
salt
pepper

Sauce For Meatballs:

2 c. ketchup
1 medium onion
6 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
6 tbsp. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. water
celery seed (optional)

Put hamburger in a bowl. Add corn flakes, milk, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix with your hands. Form into small (about 1-inch) balls. Place on a cookie sheet and put in a 350°F oven until brown. Put meatballs in a slow cooker.

Make sauce and pour over meatballs. Cook for at least 2 hours on medium-high.

Special Note: If you want to cook them all day, start on high, then reduce heat and let simmer. The longer they cook, the better they taste.
