PARFAIT LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. Hellmann's mayo
1 c. sugar
1 can fruit cocktail
2 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) pkg. marshmallows
2-3 drops green food coloring

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, food coloring, mayo, sugar and mix until smooth. Next stir in pecans, marshmallows and fruit cocktail. Then pour this solution in a coffee can and freeze about 4 to 6 hours or overnight. Nice when decorated with lettuce leaf underneath parfait loaf.
