1 can Baker's coconut
1 c. peaches, canned or fresh
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. seedless grapes
1 c. red maraschino cherries
1 can mandarin oranges
1 c. whipping cream (1/2 pt.)
1 c. chopped pecans
2 fresh oranges, peeled & membrane removed

Peel. Chop and mix all ingredients except whipping cream and mayonnaise. Chill. Fold in mayonnaise and whip cream. Freeze in round container. (Tupperware water container or cream cartons are best.) Cut in 1 inch thickness as needed.
