LIVE LONGER LASAGNA 
2 pkgs. whole wheat spinach noodles (no eggs, no fat)
2 c. carrots, shredded
2 c. zucchini, shredded
3 jars Paul Newman's meatless sauce (add 1 lg. can tomato juice & 2 tsp. oregano)
2 c. non-fat yogurt
2 pkgs. Alta-Dena fat free, lactose free cheese

Layer pan with sauce. Add lasagna noodles. Cover with zucchini and carrots and grated cheese. Fold yogurt into sauce and cover. Repeat layers, (noodles on top). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
