FRUIT COCKTAIL PIE 
1 lb. can fruit cocktail (2 c.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1/2 c. cold water
1 pt. vanilla ice cream

Drain fruit cocktail, save syrup. Add enough water to syrup to make 1 cup. Heat to boiling. Add to Jello. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Put ice cream in (in pieces). Stir until melted. Chill until it molds slightly (about 1/2 hour). Fold in fruit cocktail. Turn into graham cracker crust. Chill until firm (about 1 hour).
