BEEF OR VENISON HASH | |
2 tbsp. bacon fat 1 lg. chopped onion 3 c. cooked chopped beef or venison roast 2 med. potatoes, cut into 16 pieces each 2 tbsp. flour 1 clove garlic, minced 3 c. beef broth from roast 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt and pepper 1/2 tbsp. chili powder Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add flour and brown. Add broth and other ingredients. Let simmer until tender. |
