CHILI SALAD 
1 head lettuce, cut into chunks
3 c. corn chips
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans

In large bowl combine lettuce, corn chips, chopped tomato, cheese, pepperoni and olives. Meanwhile in saucepan heat chili until bubbly. Immediately pour on top of salad; toss lightly to coat. Serves 6.
