PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. butter
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sweet green pepper, chopped
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
28 oz. jar pizza sauce
12 oz. pkg. wide noodles
6 oz. pepperoni, sliced
8 oz. smoked Italian sausage, sliced
1 c. Muenster cheese
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese (I used more cheese)

Saute onions and green peppers in butter 6 minutes. Add garlic and mushrooms, saute a few minutes longer. Add spices and pizza sauce, set aside. Cook noodles per directions on package. Drain.

In a buttered casserole layer noodles, meats, sauce and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly at 350 degrees. Top with Parmesan cheese.
