BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper

TOPPING:

1 1/4 lbs. hamburger
1/4 c. onion
1 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. pizza sauce
Additional toppings as directed

Combine the batter ingredients and place in a greased and floured pizza pan. Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 425 degrees. While crust is baking, brown hamburger and onion. Remove crust from the oven when done and punch down any bubbles. Spread pizza sauce over the crust and top with hamburger, onion and cheese. Bake until cheese is melted.
