CARROT BREAD | |
1 c. oil 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 2 c. grated raw carrots 3 c. sifted flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped walnuts Grease and flour two loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients mixing well. Divide into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour. |
