APRICOT NECTOR CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix, Duncan Hines
4 eggs
1 c. apricot nectar juice
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil

Mix all ingredients together. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Let cake rest for 5 minutes before removing from pan.

GLAZE:

1/4 c. apricot nectar juice
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

Pour over cake while warm.
