4 lb. beef roast (preferably sirloin)
3 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. bottle of Coca Cola
14 oz. chili sauce

Score roast, rub with salt and pepper. Sear in oil on all sides. Remove from pan and drain off all oil. Place roast on foil lined pan and pour coke and chili sauce over it. Then sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over it. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350 degrees for about three hours.
