COB SALAD 
DRESSING:

Mix together:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. stuffed olives
1 tbsp. green pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. horseradish

6 slices bacon, crispy
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1/2 head bibb lettuce
3 c. cooked chicken
2 tomatoes
1 hard boiled egg
1 avocado
1/3 lb. mushrooms

Mix dressing and refrigerate. Tear lettuce in bite size pieces and dry. Cut up other ingredients. Just before serving toss everything together.

1 1/2 pound chicken equals 3 cups.

To dry lettuce - tear and put into a pillow case and dry on last spin of Washing Machine. Yes, you read that right.

Serves 8.
