NACHO POPCORN 
5 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
12 c. popped popcorn
6 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter. Stir in paprika, red pepper and cumin into melted butter; let cool 5 minutes. Place popcorn in large bowl. Pour spice mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese. Toss, to coat evenly. Makes 12 cups.
