BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef or chuck
1 c. oatmeal
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
12 oz. bag mozzarella cheese
2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
1 lg. jar mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
8 flour tortilla shells

Mix ground beef, oatmeal, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and seasoned salt. Cook until done. Drain fat. Saute onions and mushroom in about 2 tablespoons butter. Add to meat mixture. Heat refried beans in saucepan until warm. (Makes it easier to spread on shells if warm.)

Spread refried bean evenly on entire burrito shell. Put meat mixture down the middle of shell. Spread sour cream on top of meat mixture. Spread cheese on top of sour cream. Fold up and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Microwave 2-4 minutes (long enough to melt cheese).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
