2 sticks butter
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and other ingredients, beat well. Add 1/2 pint sour cream. Add 2 cups flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Add to cream mixture. Pour into bundt pan and bake 1 hour or until done at 350 degrees. NOTE: This can be made into 2 layers and stacked with a 7 minute icing. Coconut is delicious.
