POPPYSEED BUNDT CAKE 
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. poppyseed

Mix and let set for 15 minutes. 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. spry

Cream well - add.

Beat until creamy - add. 2 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together. Add alternately with buttermilk mixture. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold in. Mix 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/2 sugar. Grease cast iron Bundt pan very heavily and flour. Pour a little batter into pan. Pour some sugar - cinnamon over. Alternate until finished. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Let stand about 10 minutes. Turn upside down on plate.
