PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. pineapple juice Add water if not enough juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
13 oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Combine melted butter, coconut and nuts and put on bottom of greased tube pan. Make batter out of cake mix, oil, eggs and juice. Pour over coconut mixture. Spoon crushed pineapple on batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
