2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 tbsp. oregano 1 tbsp. marjoram 1 tbsp. celery salt 1 tbsp. ginger 1 tbsp. paprika 2 tsp. rosemary 1 tsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. onion salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. sage Mix and store in a cool place. OVEN FRIED CHICKEN: 1 1/2 tsp. chicken coating mix 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. hot water 2 tbsp. cooking oil 8 pieces of chicken (preferably chicken breasts chopped in half with skin removed) Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl. Blend well. Dip chicken pieces in batter and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake uncovered 40-50 minutes, until golden brown and tender.
