1 chicken
1 pkg. Doritos, med. crushed
Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes

Boil chicken and remove bones. Cover with Doritos, and top with Velveeta cheese. Mix cream of chicken soup, mushroom soup, and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Pour mixture over top. Add more cheese to topping if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
