CANDY TURTLES 
1/2 lb. soft caramels
2 tbsp. heavy cream
1 1/4 c. pecan halves
4 oz. dipping chocolate

Melt caramels with cream over hot water. Let cool a few minutes. Spoon caramel over pecan nutmeats. Arrange pecans on pan with 3 pecans. When spooning caramel over these, let the tops of pecans show. Cool (until firm). Spoon melted chocolate over this.
