LEMON BUNDT CAKE 
1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water
1 white or yellow cake mix

Separate eggs, whip egg whites, then blend in yolks; then water and pudding. Next, add cake mix and oil. Put in greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes.

Put glaze on top of the warm cake. Make glaze from 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon milk.

NOTE: To change flavor of cake, change pudding flavor.
