SPICED CIDER 
1 gal. cider
1/2 c. brown sugar
32 whole cloves
32 whole allspice
12 cinnamon sticks
Peel of 2 lemons in curls

In saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for several hours. May serve hot or cold. Works well ladled directly from simmering pot. May be further "spiced" with rum.
