MASH TATOR DOGS 
4 lg. or 8 sm. potatoes, mashed
8 pkgs. hot dogs
Butter
Salt
Pepper
Paprika (for color)
1/8 c. mustard or catsup (opt. for flavor)

Boil potatoes and mash, add butter, salt and pepper to taste. Boil hot dogs (any variety), cut hot dogs lengthwise but not all the way through and fold sides over to flatten. Spread mustard or catsup on hot dog. Add 2 tablespoons mashed potato or desired amount. Line mash dogs in lightly oiled cookie sheet and sprinkle paprika for color. Cook 30 minutes in 350 degree oven and serve with your favorite veggie.
