FLOP CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (No. 2) can of (2 1/2 c.) pineapple, crushed
1 1/2 c. sugar

Mix all cake ingredients together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

ICING:

1 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts
1 c. coconut

Boil icing ingredients for 4 minutes. Then add nuts and coconut. Pour over hot cake.
